Solved: Crop Guide Overlay & The Golden Spiral

However now I cannot get the Crop Guide Overlay with the Thirds, Golden Spiral and others to work. When I type Control+O the program goes straight to the Open Catalog screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom a number of times removing all vestiges of the previous software each time to no avail. I still have no Golden Spiral.
